 What can I say…. pure bliss with these two! I had a riot of a time with Amber & Alex… so funny, easy-going, relaxed and of course…. completely and utterly in *love*! I have bonded with these two very much and unfortunately had to leave out one of my favorite images at the very end as it is not allowed for eyes to see – sorry!  Amber is an amazing artist and you can visit her work at  www.farmgirlartist.com. I took a peek in her garage studio and it was unbelieveable how many beautiful paintings she had stored in there and working on. It is a art form I highly value and have several pieces on my home that friends have painted. Amber… I may be going through yours soon!

These two have an unbelievable wedding coming up to photograph and I am on pins and needles about it…  I am most excited about the dress… “WOW”! Looking forward to it!

It’s been awhile since we posted here, but now it is the official “wedding season”, so you will see more throughout the season.  It is a special time to photograph the emotion while working with a couple… sometimes it gives me goosebumps just being there while witnessing it through my viewfinder.  It is even more amazing when you capture these moments… looking forward to the moments of what the wedding will bring!

If you didn’t get a chance to see us at Bridal Fantasy, here is our booth!  It was quite an episode to put it together – it was a four man team and we had super help from Amy with painting and construction. If anybody needs a handy person – definately give her a call! During most of the show, Kyle was critiquing it about what to do better next time (always thinking). If any of you out there have suggestions, bring them on!

Hey! We are at the fantastic Bridal Fantasy tradeshow for this Sunday – we hope you check us out and say “hi” as we are excited to visit with you all. We put a bunch of effort into our booth to make it be simple and reflect our style. Most of us are not the handiest of people, but hey – we sure enjoyed working on it! Fashion and weddings have much in common. Okay – alot in common! We really try to have a fashion influence on our weddings for photography as brides usually have an expectation of “I want to look like that” while looking through a fashion magazine for her wedding day. Of course, who doesn’t want that! There are influences of couture styles, lighting, locations, hair, accessories,  make-up, even subtle props that bring out strong imagery to capture during the shoot.
